Burton & I went canoeing with some friends in Wekiwa Springs! We had found this unbelievable groupon: $10 for park admission for two, 2-hour canoe rental, AND a $10 tiki bar credit! Who can say no to that?? Except for the silly life jackets we had to wear, we had a blast. We saw a ton of little turtles & a 7ft. alligator! I know, my adrenaline was a bit revved being so close to one in a dinky little canoe. Living in the busy metropolis of Orlando makes me really appreciate quiet little trips like this :]
I try to add something lovely to my life every day. My dream is to live a crafty, happy life in Portland OR, with my husband, Burton :]
