A data journalist recently looked to about 10,000 facebook status updates to see if he could find a pattern for when and why couples might break up. The results are quite interesting. It's good to know that Christmas is the day of the year in which you are least likely to sever ties, but who knew that the two weeks leading up to Christmas was separation season?
